After much research and looking at other people's reviews, I thought I would be brave enough and order one to try out. It was packaged well and arrived as expected, no delays. The quality of this product is well made and although it's a decent price, it doesn't feel cheap at all. I've been using it for a while now, and has now become my am/pm skin care routine. It's very simple and easy to use. When I apply this on my face and neck, it absorbs into my skin effectively and easily. I don't have to wait for it to dry at all. It feels nice on my skin and refreshing to apply. The product itself has a nice silky texture, hardly fragrance at all, well not for me anyways. And it's not too thick or too watery, as I've tried a few others and it's been very watery base. So it's the right consistency. I did however, had a few issues with the glass suction that takes in the product. It was very loose I thought it might break any time soon. But I spoke to the company about this and they have been very helpful and ensured it was dealt with accordingly. Their customer service was brilliant and they put alot of care and effort making sure their customers are statisfised. Apart from that, I still use this product and will purchase again in the future. I defo recommend this to anyone to give it a ago. I've been using it for a while now, and I haven't had any side effects at all. The price for the bottle you are getting it's amazing and totally worth the penny. I would defo be buying some more and hope others will enjoy this too...because not only will you get a great product in your skin care routine, but you'll also get great customer service from the team behind the product itself. I've only been using this product a few days. And noticed a difference! Brighter soft skin! Its really lovely. Smells nice. It starts off very runny and sticky but really quickly drys on face! Disappears. Which is great for me I have oily, combo skin. I've been using acne treatment acnecide. The last few months. And now my face is clear. Just oily, combo and very dry skin with scaring...Aside from the odd one or two spots I get every few weeks down to hormones! I really wanted to add to my skincare routine. And give my skin a much needed boost! I wanted something that could help with my acne scars. And a friend suggested vitamin C for your face? I looked on Amazon. And there are loads to choose from. Some that are too expensive ☹️. I saw this and based on what I read. And the tons of positive feedback in reviews. Thought yes I will give this product a go! And even though I haven't run out of this product yet! I'm ordering more! It doesn't make my face too oily and has made my face seem healthy soft brighter! I'd definitely recommend it as part of a skincare routine. It's a good affordable product. That helps make skin look healthy brighter. I'm hopeful it'll help on my acne scars. It's too soon to tell for that. But I'm hopeful!.

I have been using this a few weeks now and feel able to give a sound review.... To start with.... I used mostly twice a day although did on occasion forget and used only once a day. Despite others experiences I have not noticed a tightening in my skin from this serum (however I didn't purchase for this reason so am not at all bothered) The smell is pleasant and also subtle, as a person with very sensitive skin I was on the fence about using anything other than my aveeno on my face however I have found... Although my bags under my eyes don't look diminished (mother of 3 here) my skin appears slightly clearer and with alot less blotches or redness. I find directly after applying this serum my face feels very refreshed and it helps me feel ready for the day and relaxed before bed. I find the pipette handy so I can measure out my intended amount, and I also find that the serum doesn't leave a sticky type residue on my hands. Furthermore to others reviews I have not noticed a drying out of my skin and feel it's adequately hydrated so have not been using my aveeno afterwards. The only negative I have about this product isn't really directly to do with the product but instead the fact that it arrived with the packaging and box itself crushed but thankfully the glass bottle inside was perfectly fine. In regards to the bottle I like the look of it and feel it's elegant in its simplicity.

Firstly it's well packaged. The box is sealed and there is further security seal around the pipette. The bottle is easy to hold, even with moisturiser on my hands it doesn't slip like other serum bottles do. The pipette is lovely and soft so it's super easy to use, even with my arthritis. It also is easy to control how much product comes out, some serums just shoot out far too much. The consistency is perfect. I can put it on my face and it doesn't run, it stays put until you have chance to rub it in. Having said that once you start to rub it in, it sinks in very fast. There's no greasy film, and you can feel the hyaluronic acid doing it's work, I feels like my face has had a drink. It has a lovely cooling affect on my face as well. My face looks and feels hydrated. For the amount of product needed, I feel it will last a long time and the bottle size is reasonable for the price. I'm definitely now going to buy the rest of the range. Just to add I have quite sensitive skin and have had zero tingling or reaction. There is also no scent, so no added ingredients just goodness for your skin.

The product is good, I have used it before, but my recent purchase came in a damaged box and had leaked half its contents.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this retinol serum at first because of the price, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. It has a lovely, light scent and feels really nice on the skin. I've been using it consistently for the past few months, and I can genuinely say I've seen a difference — my complexion looks brighter and smoother. My skin has been terrible for quite some time, and I have a habit of picking at spots (I know I shouldn’t, but I can’t help it 😅). After finally reaching my breaking point, I contacted a skin specialist and spent over £500 on products, along with £50 per consultation. While the products did help slightly, the costs were just too much. I then discovered this product and thought it was worth a try for less than £10. I had never heard of niacinamide or this brand before, and I’m not really someone who follows a skincare routine. I only take action when my skin gets bad or when I remember to. Now that I’m over 30, I’ve realized there is a lot of damage to address 😬. When the product arrived, the packaging was secure and well-wrapped. The bottle had a seal around the rim to prevent any leaks. The texture is a runny liquid, but it soaks in really well. There isn’t much of a scent either, which makes it less overwhelming. Surprisingly, my skin improved more quickly with this product than with the expensive ones recommended by the specialists. My skin feels firmer, my pigmentation has improved, and the spots are starting to clear up. While my pores have improved too, there is still quite a bit of damage. I’m very impressed with this product. I use it nightly, although not every night since I’m not great at remembering to use it. Despite that, I’ve still seen improvements, although they may be slower than if I used it twice daily as recommended. I’ve since purchased more products from this brand and have been equally impressed with them. I’ve recommended this brand, particularly this product, to anyone who comments on my skin. When I first used this product in October I jumped straight into it and started applying it every night. On the third night I didn't moisturise straight afterwards and a burn appeared on my nose, so then I let it heal for around 6 weeks before I started using the product again. Then I used it two nights a week and slowly built back up to using it every night. I'd also recommend cleansing, toning, retinol and ALWAYS night time moisturiser. I've been using this product around 3 months now and I have noticed an improvement in my skin, and hope it improves as I keep using it. They say it takes 6 months to really see a difference so it's worth having a try for such a small price **Update 3 days after writing this review (Feb)** My nose is burnt again but on the other side this time... Done a lot more research in to it and I think I know why it's happened again. So I have been washing my face with an acne cleanser followed by an acne toner, then the retinol and then moisturiser. This product should not be used in conjunction with AHAs (glycolic acid was in my cleanser) and BHAs (salicylic acid was in my toner). Once my nose has healed again I'm going to use the AHAs and BHAs on a morning but on the night time I'm going to cleanse using CeraVe hydrating cleanser, I won't use a toner, then retinol (pea sized amount), then night time moisturiser. I'll put another update on around April/May time. Hopefully my experience will prevent others from making the same mistakes! 🤞
