I couldn't even use this one time. I shook it, stored it upside down, and did everything else I could think of but it just wouldn't even work.

Pleasant surprise
I received this eyebrow tattoo pen complimentary for review purposes. I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, and it impressed me a lot to be honest. I have dark, black brows and I chose the grey shade.This brow pen is best used after being shaken vigorously. I find it incredibly easy to use and it does not move or smudge once applied. Normally I “carve” my brows (neaten them with concealer) but with this pen I don’t really feel the need to do that. It draws very natural, light, hair-like strokes into my brow hairs and fills them up nicely.I have had this product for about a week now. My one qualm is similar to other people’s, which is that I find it has become a bit less pigmented than it was when I started using it. When and if the ink runs dry completely, I will update this review.For now, I am very satisfied with this product and enjoy using it. In my picture I have used this brow pen.

Had issue but great customer service
I’m giving it one star because I have to in order to write the review and because it’s a great design but the product itself is flawed . It’s like a marker it has that consistency which is fine the first few tries it worked great but just like a marker it has dried out after having it for only a week. I only used it a totally of 4 times and the forth time is when I discovered it was dried out. I will be going back to a pencil. This was a waste of money. I do not recommend and the people reviewing it works well must have wrote their review before it dried out.Update Seller reached out to me when they saw that I wasn’t happy with the product and made everything right by completely refunding my money. I would definitely buy from this company again because the customer service was great.

Hard to get hair-like strokes to fill in brows
When I tested the pen on my hand, I saw awesome hair-like strokes. When I made my first stroke on the inside corner of my eyebrow...again awesome hair-like strokes.But if you're trying to fill in your brows so it looks like microbladed strokes, this pen won't do it. It. After using it to make a few strokes, the color either doesn't come out, or it bleeds and it just ends up looking like I filled in my brows with a regular eyebrow pencil/shadow. (maybe with a tad more texture though.)I still like the pen, and I'm hoping I can figure out a technique to make the application more consistent.

Excellent customer service!
I was not happy with the color at all. I have blonde hair and thought the light brown would be perfect however it has a very red tone to it so it looks like a light orange when you put it on. The company reached out to me to be sure I was happy, I let them know I was not and now they are sending me the chestnut at no charge! I do like how this product goes on and I will say that I think the reason people are talking about it drying up is because it does not go on well over the top of foundation or powder. I would recommend putting this on a clean dry face prior to any other makeup.
