Yes. The "m" means it's medium or regular width. If it just has the number it is still regular width.

Q: There is no size chart for these boots???

They follow regular American Foot sizes. If you need that concert d to anywhere else look online.

Q: How does the size compare to high top chuck taylor converse?

Really comparable. The sizes run pretty much exactly true in my experience, so maybe order half a size up if you’re teetering on like 10.5 vs 11 or whatever.

Q: If i waterproofed these would they work in snow? they are canvas so i'm worried that even if i waterproof them they still won't work.

I cannot recommend them as snow boots in snow deeper than 3 inches. With gaiters they would be okay, but they simply are not designed to cope with snow on their own. Waterproofing sprays would probably go right through them anyway.
