Good Blades but plastic handle get slippery. I like the stainless steel blades and they clean well. It was nice to see that the sticker on the 5 inch knife was easy peel and easily peeled off, the smaller sizes were not easy peel and took some work to clean off. The plastic handles get slippery. The knives had nice construction and it was nice to see that the blade edges were a bit rounded as to not cut the tape while working it in.
