Can these pants be machine washed and dried?

I machine wash my pants on gentle and hang to dry. That works nicely.

I am 5’3” and 130 lbs, my pant size is usually size 3. Should i get xsmall or small?

Hello, I was able to purchase "true to size." I'm 5.6 at 190ils, medium to large frame. I strongly recommend to wash in cold water and line dry ALL workout clothes to avoid breaking down the compression materials. Good luck with purchase.
