We really like the table. I felt like the tiles were very big and easy for us to see. The machine mechanism seem to work well however it got stuck once and we had to fix it by taking the table apart and getting the stick piece out. The design could be improved in the future because to fix the table there needed to be 2 washers placed manually to fix the issue of uneven floor base. There needs to be a way to adjust the rails that come up because they are uneven and will get stuck with the cards, I had to use washers on the screw to bump the railing up so it is even when it comes up. Besides this the mechanism for randomizing dice and mixing cards works smoothly and well. Table also doubles as food table for people too.PS: super good customer service. Helped with all problems. Very happy to do business with this company.

My friends and I are beginner mah jong players and instantly fell in love with the game. The only drawback was having to shuffle the features by hand after every round. We bought this table because it was the best value for the price and it truly exceeds any and all expectations. The convenience alone of just pushing the features into the center of the table and pressing one button to instantly have a brand new shuffled hand ready to play another round makes it worth it. The added bonuses of the table include cup holders and ash trays as well as a few slots to hold small items at every station. The set up itself wasn't hard or labor intensive, I completed it in about 20 mins with the help of a friend. You will need a friend to help carry the items as they are delivered on top of a crate. Overall, this was a great purchase and I would definitely buy again.

So far so good. Received the table in several palletized boxes. No damage to shipment. Shipment delayed 6 days between Salt Lake City and Missoula Montana (hey, it is winter so I kinda understand). Assembly can be a bear; no assembly instructions included in shipment so you gotta have Google and look at the assembly PDF. We assembled downstairs and my computer is upstairs, which meant numerous runs between downstairs and upstairs for me (good exercise). We assembled legs and frame, then put top on and and tightened bolts. Then sides. Sides is where we had a terrible time. We loosened the bolts that tie the top to the frame - no joy! Much struggling and head scratching ensued. I then reckoned that the whole base was probably not square, so I loosened the hex bolts that attached the legs to the frame. Wah-Lah! I was able to get everything together once I had ALL bolts/screws loose (but not out). After everything was completely together, I crawled underneath with an Allen wrench and screwdriver and tightened it all up (starting with sides to top, top to frame, then frame to legs). Soo. my advice is don't tighten anything until it is completely assembled. By loose, I mean really loose!Now my Filipina wife is having fun playing with it and trying to learn the thing. Oh! make sure when you buy this, you get the right kind of tiles with the right shapes and sizes (and markings). Research this before you buy. We are good. Also, pretty much everything is in Chinese including the user manual. If nobody in your family reads Cantonese, then pitch the manual and do Google.

I taught my in-laws how to play Chinese Mahjong and they absolutely love it; however shuffling the tiles and setting it up really slowed down our game nights so I purchased this Mahjong Table.The package is delivered in three (3) separate packages two (2) are for the table-top and stand, and the third is for the tiles. The table-top contains a "hopper" that shuffles the tiles that makes it incredibly heavy so make sure you have assistance getting it inside.The table was quit easy to put together; however, and I cannot stress this enough make sure you have someone to assist you. The the company will e-mail you a link to the instructions.The package of tiles are quit heavy and have a few imperfections; cracks, that were undoubtedly caused by shipping.

Ok, so I am into Mahjong, my girlfriend and I play every night. It used to be long and time consuming stacking the tiles, and so many time they scatter on you.This machine is awesome, but even better is the seller.Originally it arrived without the hard cover, I reached out and they immediately sent it at no additional cost. They sent me another set of directions (mine was in Chinese) so I knew how to adjust the number of tiles.My only possible complaint, is that there are only two colors of tiles, but they are working on that....

We had some challenges putting the table together yet received awesome customer support from the seller. Definitely worth a five star !
