Horrible service. My wine chiller stopped working. I raised a support issue and waited for them to resolve it. It took six months, yes six months for them to tell me that the compressor is gone. And while I was waiting the product is out of warranty. So now I have to pay for the compressor. I tried to email them but no response. I said OK, I will pay for it. Wait of another 2 months, before they got a local compressor and replaced it after taking 16K from me. Stay away from this company and product. ========== A world class product available right here in India. I very happy with the performance so far. Dual zone - works like a charm. Super silent operations. And a lock & key for preventing unauthorized use of the good stuff :).
