Poor quality thermal papers
Papers were very poor quality resulting in faded prints. We kept getting the printers checked. Only today when paper from other source was used that we learnt that poor printing was due to poor paper. And the reurn window closed one day back. I feel cheated.And there seems no way I can contact help desk

Not compatible with the PeriPeri Mini Printer
This is shown as frequently purchased with the PeriPeri Mini Printer.That is because people are all making the same mistake. The width of the roll is perfectly ok, but there is far too much paper per roll. It will NOT fit in your printer.Please recheck the size, I have not found suitable paper for it so far.
