My adult children were impressed with the quality of the knife. Only thing bad is they are putting them in safes and said that they would probably won't use them.

It's the USPS
Seems like a fine company. Deadwood knives sent out immediately and custiomer service are great folks. Got to Indianapolis, IN Post office on December 15, and it seems to have been "lost." Perhaps it was "lost," perhaps it will be found and will get to the desination by Christmas, or perhaps it was "lost" in a PO exmployee pocket! Hope springs eternal - kinda!
