Spelling Pen - In Elf Land: (Dyslexie Font) Decodable Chapter Books for Kids with Dyslexia

My 10 year old grandson is dyslexic and I bought for him. He says he likes it, easier to read than traditional books due to the layout. He wants the other books in the series, so I will be ordering .

We are using all of these books in school with our 3rd grade students who need support and decodable books at the start of the year. The students are finding great success and enjoyment from all the titles. They enjoy the idea of reading chapter books, too.There are many words that can be used to increase vocabulary and plenty of "meat" to use the books for comprehension discussions.We are so glad to have something like this on the market for our students. I highly recommend.

I bought this book for my boyfriends son who has a problem reading. He was able to read this book much easier then any normal book from the library. I should mention he is 7 and in 2nd grade.

My daughter really loved this book. She's in 3rd grade and hasn't been diagnosed with dyslexia but we are fairly certain she has it. This book was the first chapter book my daughter finished on her own. She loved the content and excitedly told me about it every morning. It didn't take her very long to read it either. The dyslexie font seemed to be super helpful for her! Highly recommend! About to purchase another book by this auther

This is an excellent confidence booster for reluctant readers. It held my son's interest, which is huge when trying to get them to read in general. He is already asking for the second book.

I got this for my grand niece who is, like me, dyslexic. I loved it and hope she will learn to love it too. Eight year old's usually don't like books for their Birthday but I'm an old school teacher who just can't resist.
