So, I bought these a couple years ago and we've used them for our exterior decorations during the holidays. We set them where we need them and connect via extension cords to a timer, and forget them. They've gone through hot, cold and rainy weather and still work like a charm!

The output of light these produce are amazing! I purchased 3 packs for Halloween, but will use for other holidays and events! Highly recommend.

UPDATED: Ultimately I returned. The inability to adjust brightness in modes and a bit of jerkiness in those modes ended up a deal breaker, but this is me, and I am peticuler. Only took off one star. Bright? I have no lumen number yet compared to LED floods with the "250" watt rating, I think you'll be happy. PROs: The remote is line of sight. I walked 20' away and it still worked. Primary colors RGB + a decent white. A selection of mixes of these colors will pass for most general uses. Flood is wide. Dims in steps, didn't count them but enough to be useful. The four effect buttons would best be thought of as speed settings, with two having a bit of blending during the changes. And those blends appear to be with only the RGB with a little mix in the blend modes. But it does not cycle through the entire keyboard of available colors. The light does have last-function-memory, therefore you can turn off the power and when re-powered it will restart in the last function it was in.CON: The four effects cannot be dimmed. The dim function will control only one color at a time, thus when the color changes, full bright. And when it recycles and colors go too bright. For my use this was a con. You may not care. However, for this reason I give it a 4-star not a five. If the effect section was dimmable this would truly be a 10 star rating.

For a bright flood flight, it’s a good light. I’m using for a Halloween setup and wanted the dark purple light to flash/strobe. The strobe function doesn’t stay on one color, it strobes between colors. The features / specs are not clearly written out. Will be returning.

The remotes are wonky. Only one remote works for both lights but they work and they are bright. When you plug in they turn on immediately flashing through the colors. If you press “off” they don’t come back on when pressing “on”. The strobe/flash buttons don’t do anything when pressed. Can only change colors.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the third one of these lights I’ve bought in the last month or so. I needed a few to light my studio for live streaming. For the most part these lights work as advertised if you just need a simple RGB light.The first major problem I noticed is the color accuracy compared to the remote. Especially when it comes to green. One of the green buttons is actually green and the second one is in fact blue (see video). Same goes for one of the blue shades in conjunction with purple. Also note, you own more than one of these lights, one remote will trigger all of the lights if they are on. So you may have to isolate them a bit to change the colors individually.Every one of the lights I have ordered has had some kind of cosmetic scuff or imperfection. This latest one looked like someone scuffed it and tried covering it up with a black sharpie. Also on the back it looks like there’s white paint? This has not at all affected the performance but it’s still a yikes. Along with some light warping on most of the stands/mounts attached to the lights which can be bent back.Lastly, while the packaging from Amazon itself is pretty solid, the actual packaging the light comes in is very basic. The boxes have the instructions and a bit more of documentation but there’s no kind of protective padding in any of them. They are just in a thin cardboard box. So considering we’re dealing with glass, I feel like they could easily be damaged if struck. However, I haven’t had any personal issues with this as of yet.Overall I would still recommend these lights as they’ve served my needs. But if you need varying shades of green light you won’t get it with this. You’re stuck with the one shade of green despite the labeling on the remote. If you need a simple RGB light that also has some pretty nice fading options and varying degrees of brightness, this will get the job done.

I use this light for observing wildlife and hunting (feral hog; legal to hunt at night in Georgia). I use a Duracell inverter and a deep cycle battery. Light is very bright and lights up a large area. Colors are very good.While the remote does work from behind the product, instead of direct at the front, I need to have direct line of sight. The light response from the remote is a bit pokey, but that might be an angle issue.

I use this for Halloween - The lights are fine, the controller's (I have 2 lights) are flaky. One light if I change it to Blue it gets stuck there, nothing I can do on the controller seems to work from then on. But the light eventually resets itself.
