I love how these books are organized and put together. It makes it so easy to study and understand!

I had to return it right away because they sent me one book in a series I guess. and they sent book two so I couldnt even start with one. The AACN and nursebuilder resources are so much better then this book and this is pretty expensive. Id pass on this unless you can comer across a hard copy in the wild for cheaper.

First, I’d like to warn you - this is actually a TWO PART book; to me that was a little irritating. BUT it was what I was looking for- I had previously bought a review book that was just questions/rationales. I was very happy to see that this was a text style. It is very condensed; not like a lengthy/wordy textbook. There is a question bank available online, but none in the book itself.

The Pediatric CCRN Exam Secrets books are great! For me, the AACN books are a bot overwhelming and they include a lot of information you don't really need or are tested on.This book gives you the necessary information in an easy to read format. Go through the entire book though because there are practice tests available online.There are some typos, some misspellings and some parts that may not be completely clear unless you already have a critical care background or at least a vague understanding of what's being explained; so try to have another general reference nearby (Google, or a medical dictionary).I would reccommend this to a friend!

Much of the information in these guides pertains to adults and is not necessarily correct for children. This seems like they took the general CCRN study guide and put “pediatric” in front of the title without other changes.

Passed my CCRN on the first try! Highly recommend these books!!
