Not for me unfortunately
Really don't like this at all had it in for 10 minutes and went back to my old bar. I wanted something I could use in work and it was too small too thick and very uncomfortable to wear. This bar is now in the bin.

I wouldn't bother with this because as soon as you have a drink or something to eat the tip just comes off as it is not a screw top.
