Way too small
I ordered this in the size up and it was so big it fell off her ankle and so I had to order another one but the next size down was 4 inches smaller. It was way too tight that it was almost cutting off her circulation. But when I tried to return it they (you) wanted to charge me for shipping it back and that was half the cost of the anklet so I decided to keep it even though it doesn't fit or work for us. Very disappointed with being charged for the return and also the sizing and how it jumps that I can't even get one to work for us.
