Q: Woud this fit on a plastic garden trolley, the bucket shaped type.

Not sure it has all dimensions on product info. It is a good wheel and fairly standard size.

Sorry I have no idea what a timing trolley is. All I can suggest is that you measure your Axel's diameter and length and check against the specification of the wheel.

I reviewed the 6 inch wheel but the comments apply to the 8 inch, this isn’t a wheelbarrow wheel, its for a trolley, barbecue etc. The tyre is mounted on a plastic wheel as shown with an offset to one side. You’re probably better off buying a complete replacement wheelbarrow wheel and tyre or a just a new tyre and tube if the existing is badly punctured and unrepairable. There are quite a few replacement wheelbarrow wheels offered by Amazon.
