Accumulair® Platinum 14x22x1 (Actual Size) MERV 11 Air Filter/Furnace Filters (6 pack)

We were puzzled when we took out the old filter and purchased one with the same dimensions because it didn't fit our vent. So my hubby measured and sure enough it was 2" shorter than it said on the filter. Turns out the previous tenants (or repairman) trimmed down another filter to fit. So we couldn't find the right size at Home Depot or local hardware store without a special order. I found these filters in Amazon and lots of positive reviews, so I ordered a 6-pack for about the same price as 3-pack from the Home Depot. These a really good quality and fit our vent snugly. I recommend them highly.

The filters described as 14x22x1 are actually 14x22x1A, which is a different size. Thanks to this inaccurate description, we have the wrong size filters, and face the hassle of returning them and another search for the size filter we need.

I had to order an odd size and fortunately they had it. The filters are of high quality...

Excellent filters! I have a central A/C unit in an old house and these do a great job filtering the dust & dirt. I highly recommend them.

Fit a bit tight for the size.

Solid product. The furnace at our home has an odd filter size and this one does the job.
