This is easy to use and the plates meet well and don't pull your hair. It has adjustable heat settings which I like so I don't fry my hair. I think it works as well as much more expensive irons I've used.

No complaints except when curling the hair its definitely not the easiest to work with, but for strictly straightening hair it works great

Heats up fast..u also spend less time trying to achieve a straighter look because it gets it pretty straight in one swipe..less damage! Also i have natural hair..no perm so i have to be pretty close to my scalp o get my hair to lay flat...the heat didnt bother me as with other tools.

I am Extremely disappointed in this flat iron! I purchased this flat iron in April of this year (2018) and when ordering this item I also purchased a holder and hot pad and already had a sleeve to help ensure care of it. I only used it on carpeted floors and always put it away in its holder after cooling. But now only 4 months later the lock/unlock button has cracked and crumbled and the pin came out causing it to no longer function properly. When I purchased this flat iron I paid $44.99 and it has now gone down in price but as chance would have it, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Do not waste your money on this cheaply made flat iron that will only cause you to have to fork out more money a few months later.

This is my 2nd purchase because I lost my old one :( and then I found it a week after I got the new one 😹 but it’s awesome I have really curly hair! I can say since the clamps are short the styling time will be longer but keep going over it if you have curly hair , like myself I have extreme curly hair and I love it but sometimes I need a different style :) . This is great makes my hair shiny looking

It's ok. Takes awhile to heat up. Takes a couple passes on hair to get it straight. It works and does the job. It's good for the price.

It's a good iron. It just takes longer to heat up than I'd like. Plus it loses its heat while you are working with it so you have to wait for it to heat back up.
