Thank you A little pricey, but a better quality than other branded boxes available in ethnic- produce outlets. My first purchase, did not arrive. The post office was at fault. When I contacted the vendor a replacement was sent immediately. The fruit were fresh and delicious. My second batch, fruit were older, so suffered slightly with loss of flavour. Tamarind ripens on storage and they are affected by temperature, therefore if kept too long before sale the flavour profile changes from tangy and tart to sweet. Most people prefer the tart and acidic taste.

Ate nearly half a pack in one go! Delicious!

Amazing taste! It was the 1st time I've ever tried tamarind fruit.I finished a 500gr bag in less than a week !!😋 Didn't expect to like the taste of the fruit so much, which is sweet and slighltly sour. Looks like long penuts on the outside,but very soft inside.Seads easily discarded of. Delivered in a sealed bag, received it faster than expected. Will order again sometime.

Not quite what's shown on the picture. The pods are about 50% single, 30% double and the rest - the most desireable -three or more to a pod. Otherwise, just the way I like them, just a little tarter than the usually too-sweet.

good and sour, whereas some others I've had were mostly just sweet. I think that they get less sour as they get older. Bought these for sauces but I've just been munching them out of the bag!
