Affordable Crompton fan

Terrible experience
I purchased 4 ceiling fans in January 2022 out of which two of them started making noise by March 2022. Till date, I must have lodged over 50 complaints with their Customer Services for which I get an automated sms giving Service Request Number (SRN). However, most of SRNs have been cancelled by Crompton's AMC partner in Bangalore (SLV Electricals) for reasons known to them. I have also sent a mail to SLV requesting them to attend to my complaint and have also reached out to couple of their senior executives. But, absolutely waste of time and all my requests either goes to Recycle Bin or into deaf ears. Unfortunately, Crompton does not have an escalation matrix going beyond the Customer Care.Based on my experience, I sincerely request the readers NOT to buy any Crompton products and undergo trauma like me. I am planning to approach the Consumer Guidance Society to lodge a formal complaint against the company and their service partner. It may be time consuming but at least customers like me will not suffer in the future.
