As they don't come in "wide," how are they for wide feet? I'm concerned that since they're synthetic, they won't stretch...

My feet are wide in general and I wore these while I was in my third trimester in pregnancy with additional swelling of my feet, and they were fine.

Do these have any arch support?

No, they do not have arch support. I just use the gel arch supports and that works well. These are very cute shoes and comfortable.
