Sony M-2020 Microcassette Dictator and Transcriber

Its a shame how sellers will LIE to make a sale. I use these at work so it is detrimental that it work. It doesn't. It won't play tapes, there's a constant buzzing noise and when I press play on a tape it immediately stops and makes a loud beep. These are WAY overpriced for crap quality. Seller refuses to refund my money and issue me a brand new one.

Because my company is going to be converting to electronic records, I did not want to purchase a new set at the cost of $500.00- $700.00. After reviewing the ratings and seeing the four month warranty I decided to order. They did not disappoint! It arrived right away, was packaged securely and return information was enclosed. I have been using it daily without a single problem.

I use this as a transcriber in my legal office. The last M-2020 we had lasted for many years, and I hope this one will last at least that long. Since they don't make them anymore, I don't know what we will do in the future.

Seller delivered as promised with no problems. Item was as promised. We already own one of these machines and we were glad to find another when office supply stores stopped carrying them

Defective on arrival. Used machine. Poorly packaged.

Not in good shape. It makes a lot of noise when it rewinds. In addition, the microphone did not work.

Item was received in working order. The first one was not working. I sent it back andthey had me a replacement within a couple of days. Good, fast service.

Perfect for what I was looking for. I am a 60 yr old attorney who was trained on these old machines and I don't care for the new digital kind
