Victorinox 2-Piece Set of 3.25 Inch Swiss Classic Paring Knives with Straight Edge, Spear Point, 3.25", Red & White

Comfortable to work with, dishwasher safe (of course), and these stay sharp. My old ones (this brand) are 3-4 years old, used almost daily and still look and work great. Just wanted the white one, but another red won't go to waste.

I own many knives. I’ve never gotten more for my money. Great price. Sharp. Almost glides through a big lemon by itself.

Like these a lot but quickly learned that others are right. Took me no time at all to sustain a deep cut not once but twice. Finally learned to be careful.

There were no laser burnt emblems on the blade, not affecting use, but still not what you think you're getting. The knives are very sharp and comfortable to use. Plain and extremely light, they work. They have a very cheap feel to them, as they could have made the handle a bit more stout. They do hold an edge very well.

I bought these because it is very hard to find a paring knife that works good. I normally just get them from the Dollartree but I haven't found them lately. I didn't think that a knife would be a big deal, but this is my favorite knife now. I use them to get a close cut to julienne lemon rinds to candy and he blade bends just a tiny bit so get a close cut. I would have liked them to bend more, but it is fine. They also get a very sharp nice cut when cutting on orange peels.

Just got back from Europa noticed that my knifes have the company emblem. I had to sharpen them several times. The one that I just purchased in Germany, each once had company name. That much for been the authentic.

Sharp knives, well made, ergonomic design makes usage smooth.

I lived in Korea , Japan and Thiland for a decade or more and I must have good knifes for the way I prepare food. My wife ask for these (not sure why) but, they are Awesome. Use them all the time now! Easy to sharpen and they hold an edge! I added the second picture to show what they are up against!
