Works great to securely hold my deionizing water tank to the wall to prevent it from falling over. Very heavy duty bracket.

The only single exterior trailer mount propane tank carriers that I’ve found on the market are $100++ so I bought this bracket and made a modulation to the bird’s mouth that was already cut into it to allow it to conform to a 20lbs propane tank and it works perfectly as a mount on the outside of my fish house. The additional top holes are very nice to use a regular ratchet strap and make the tank very secure.

I mounted this in my truck bed. As others state, the strap is a little suspect for this application. There are two eye holes on top where I connected a second strap. The tank was held very secure. I used for an 80 lb tank and it worked great.

The steel base is more than strong enough for any large tank and any load requirements when properly secured to a structure that can take a load.I'm not sure why there are negative reviews on the strap and buckle. The strap is a 1.5 inch thin nylon strap. Those that know straps, know this type is good for at least 500 lbs static load. That is more than enough to hold it on a wall. If you are looking for mobile transportation anchoring, you'll need to upgrade to some 10,000 lbs straps so when you have an accident at 40g's when you hit a tree your tank becomes a flying missile. The strap provided is not that type of strap. I think this is a great tank mount.The buckle is not useful for other than shop use. If you're making a mobile mount, get a ratchet strap from your local hardware store for the load rating you want and it will be very secure.

Great product. I needed to safely store a spare oxygen and nitrous tank in a dental office. This for the bill perfectly. Strap and buckle are a bit flimsy so I'm not sure how it would hold up in a vehicle. But for my purpose it works great!

What can I say...Pros: Very heavy gauge steel and grommet materialCons: Very heavy gauge steel is warped so doesn't mount flush. Can't straighten without forge. Both flanges are cut non-concentric so tank doesn't rest/contact the top & bottom Strap too short for standard 20 pound tank (not even close). I realized this early so I cut it off & replaced with a strap I had, otherwise I' return the thing.

Great product easy bolt on installation don’t care for the straps but other than that didn’t have to make brackets to hold bottles

I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The mount is very stout however, the V cutouts, where the tank nestles into, were crooked/misaligned. My argon tank would not sit perpendicular to the mount. I had to grind the V notches to match top and bottom to fit properly. Not difficult, but I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the two bends were were not 90 degrees. The strap is a bit on the flimsy side, but it does work. I mounted it to the side of a tool box that I made into a welding cart.I would have retuned it, but I was in a bit of a time crunch so I decided to just fix it. Overall it's sturdy, does what I need it to do, but the quality control is poor. This mount should never have been shipped out.

Great product for holding CO2 tanks. Only downfall is if you are fastening it to a solid surface the strap gets pinched between the bracket and surface and you can’t move it. You have to make sure the strap is exactly where you want it in this case. Ordered a second one for another bottle.

This product is not good. The metal clip broke just testing the tank on it. Not good. Don't waste your money.

I altered it to fit a propane tank and worked well. I think the strap would be too short for anything other than welding and acetylene tanks. Sturdy.
