The Flexzion Vertical Rotisserie Oven Grill has become a favorite in our kitchen, especially for making rotisserie chickens and delicious meat and chicken shawarma. Very easy to use, did a Chicken Shawarma as our first go. You do need to run it for 20mins on the first use to burn off any smells etc as with any new product. For the first time - cannot speak to any issues or concerns. SOOOOO easy to clean. The only piece we can speak to is the slow off fast button - it is not described in the directions - not clear if it speaks to heat, spin of spit etc - we will experiment to find out and no directions for what tools are needed for shawarma, it does speak to the tools needed for shiskabob, roasting chicken and the fish baskets - but had to find a video to double check how many of the plates are needed for set up - this is why it got a 4/5 otherwise we figured it out and worked great! Just an FYI the chicken shawarma had 6 breasts and 6 thighs (we pounded them to the same thickness) - we added a halved onion on the bottom to give it a "lift" off the plate (so it wasn't sitting in the drippings and was able to get higher to the roasting area and onion on top. You will not be disappointed!
