I never write reviews, but In short, I believe I acquired some nerve damage after smoking a bunch of hybrid weed for stomach issues, bare in mind, i never smoked weed before so I either had too much THC too fast or it was just laced with pesticides, which are nerve agents so that’s just a guess, no idea, but for some reason it caused tingling in my hands, tingling that never passed, even months later after quitting the stuff entirely.At first I couldn’t take these due to my IBS and my inability to digest them and most veggies so I gave up on them, fast forward a few months to when I had a colonic irrigation and did a 3 day fast followed by some slippery elm and probiotics (acidophilus) I decided to tackle these again... feeling confident I reset my gut, I was hopeful.WOW... the energy boost is fantastic, one a day is sufficient and 10 days later, my hands are back to normal!Well worth the money. if you can’t stomach mushrooms usually, maybe try these with probiotics, I knew it was a risk trying these but since taking them with an acidophilus capsule they’re working wonders for me and they might even be the reason my gut is still good as I can eat anything again now, which even after a colonic, isn’t usually the case.-6 of July 2023 now - back again to buy these, checked my reviews because I couldn’t find them since their new packaging.NOTE: I also had to take betaine HCL to use these, I’ve had that for a while, turns out my stomach acid was low along with general gut bacteria imbalances from antibiotics. It’s been a long road but I’m happy to be able to digest these superfoods again!

I’ve been taking these to help with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Since starting these in no longer using tramadol or even co-codamol. Infact since starting these I’ve had no pain worth mentioning. Bar the day after climbing a peak in the mournes, but that is hardly a surprise.My pain is gone, my energy levels so so much better, my sleep has improved. I have my life back. Can’t recommend them enough

All I can say is WOW these Mushroom Complex 6 have really helped with the nerve pain and heat I get in my feet. The only problem is they also give me a headache! I have tried reducing the quantity but I was still getting a bad head. I then stopped taking them and the burning tingling pain has returned in my feet!So now I am in the situation of do I carry on taking and deal with the headaches or do I stop taking them and deal with constant burning pain and tingling?It's such a shame as these are the first thing I have found that have really helped. As there is nothing worse than your feet hurting 24/7.

As I have done a great deal of research whilst trying to help my husband overcome bladder cancer it has been revealed to me how helpful the various forms of mushrooms can be. They are also prized in Chinese medicine so I was very pleased to find this product and am very satisfied both with the product and delivery etc. And would recommend it to anyone with similar problems and also as a useful tonic.

Promt delivery, i've been taking the complex for over a week now. I find i'm more focused and don't feel as tired. I have to say that i was getting nerve pain from a hernia op scar and nerve pain in my shoulder. Amazingly all that nerve pain is greatly improved to almost zero. I have and would recommend.

I've only been taking the product for two days, it seems to be helping with energy levels but I can confirm what another customer has said, that is, they give me a headache straight after ingesting, even at the minimum dosage of one per day. I'll persevere for a little longer, in case the body gets habituated....
