Good quality Shatavari. Have seen positive results while using this and love the fact that it's organic and in powder form. Dissolves well

I can tell a good difference in my hormones when I take this. I can add it to just a few ounces of water or in my protein shake. I sometimes can have a bad reaction to herbs but this one works really well for me and does what it says. I take about a tsp a day sometimes 2xs a day depending on the time of the month

The powder smelled like onions and it was clumped together, and it had a gritty, sandy texture. I have previously purchased Shatavari from the same company and had no issues with the quality. This purchase was not eligible for a return.

Husband has parasites and needed to calm down the liver. Using shatavari in conjunction with other ayurvedic herbs for this purpose.

I am no longer convinced Ayurvedic treatment works. No effect.
