I call them tumbler lid slider friction rings.
Every time I clean the lid on my tumbler mug, I end up washing the tiny little ring that keeps the slider from slamming closed when you drink. You cand replacements for every part except this one. It took a couple tries but I finally found the correct size O-ring to replace it with. Now I don't have to buy a new mug every time the lid gets dirty.

I needed a few, bought a bazillion. I have used these as spacers in several applications. The primary need was to put some space and some vibration damping between electronic components, but I have so many left over Im getting creative in where else they can be used

500 is not accurate 470 is more like it.
Purchased a second set. The second package came with 466 instead of 500.Just received this today and it is what I needed — but counted them out and there’s only 470 instead of 500.
