Fulfilled it's purpose but required some work.
As a telecomm tech, I bought this for the sole purpose of having a coax / Ethernet outlet. Working in my field, I've come to learn that gold barrels are hot garbage. Since I work in the field, I was easily able to replace the gold barrel with an industry standard variant. Would rate lower if I wasn't expecting to replace the barrel to start with. In the end I got what I needed.

The outlet worked fine but the screws were awful
The two screw are fairly long for the ones in the package. And they are of the softest metal. They stripped the first time going in, and I had to use needle nose pliers to get them off, making little turns. Both screws stripped going in the first time. In my experience in construction and building they are the worse screws I have seen in 48 years of living. The outlet itself works fine. But for $10 you should get some descent screws.

Wall plate is just fine, but the screws are terrible.
The wall plate itself is just fine - relatively easy to install, clean and trim-looking, and seems solid enough during install and use - but the screws that come with it are _horribly_ soft and _will_ round-out easily. If you want to preserve the all-white look, or even make sure that you'll be able to remove and re-install the plate easily in the future, do yourself a favor and get replacement screws from your local hardware store.

the plate is fine, the screws are aweful
So the plate and the plugs are fine, and they work just fine, though for the Ethernet plug I was expecting to have to punch down the source cable, but the wall plate is actually a cupler, so you plug a RJ-45 plug into each side, which is actually easier for most people. However my problem is the screws, they are way too soft. They kept shredding their head while I was screwing them in, to the point that on one of them I had to switch to the flat head option, and on the other one I actual had to go get a different screw. Both screws are now no longer white to match the plate, so it doesn't look super professional. All in all a good plate, but my experience was ruined by cheap screws.

Uncomplicated for the amature
These replacement plates work great to repair the original plates that became brittle over time. The nice thing is you only need to be capable of rewiring and crimping an RJ45 ethernet cord. The outlet connects an ethernet cord both on the inside and outside of the replacement plate instead of the traditional networking wire set up.Tip: I had to change the order of the colored wires for the ethernet inside the wall to 568B to match our ethernet cords. Our home is networked with the wiring for 568A. It took some troubleshooting the realize i need to crossover the cords going through the walls from the switch to the access points being repaired.

Exactly what I needed
My 99-year-old house had a coax cable run outside through the foundation, around the back of the house, and in through an opening where a phone line used to be. I removed and patched that up, then ran coax and cat6 up from the basement through the wall (terminating in this plate). This did exactly what I needed. The plastic looks kinda cheap and I'm glad it's hidden under my desk, but functionally it's just right.

Great product for the price.
As a network engineer these are pretty nifty. Time will tell how they hold up but they are super easy to install due to a keystone patch for the ethernet.Saw another review saying the gold barrel is garbage. Time will tell how they hold up, but at this point I'd assume just fine.

Working well for cable internet
I'm reorganizing the coax and adding ethernet for my home internet (from a cable supplier). These plates worked well with standard old-work boxes, existing coax (quad shielded cable the installers used before + PPC EX6PLUS connectors), and cat5e / cat6 cables. Easy to install, data is flowing fine (for residential 300Mbps service).
