Eating healthier these days and I’ve tried kimchi a few times (both specialty stores and mom &pop restaurants). I like all the ingredients but I haven’t liked the ones I tried in the past. This one is different. The vegetables seem fresh and still have a bit of texture to them. The taste is pretty strong but really good. I like the level of garlic in this and I really enjoy the taste of this product.

I’ve been getting this kimchi for months now and love it! My husband loves it too. Tastes super fresh and goes well with our eggs in the morning. I also enjoy it in my salads and with a burger. The best part is supporting a small woman owned business. Highly recommend her products

Simply put the best Kimchi I've had with a variety of flavors that even helped even out my emotional bearings. A delicious spice blend that lingers but does not assault. While each vegetable is crisp and individually favorable and noticeable. Shelf stable and able to be kept up to a year after purchase. No notably pungent or amnoiated or acid smell. For money and quality wise investment.

I had a few firsts with Wise Goat, vegan kimchi. The first being I’ve never had vegan kimchi before. I was thinking all kimchiwas vegan then it hit me that kimchi traditionally has anchovy in it. I’ve been buying kimchi in jars for over 20 years. This is the first kimchi where the jar was packed! I mean to the brim. It’s also the first kimchi I had that was chopped. I don’t know if that makes a difference. The final first is that it’s more vegetables in the jar then the kimchi liquid. that’s a big plus in my book. this kimchi is very tasty and as the title says, it’s also versatile. It really doesn’t taste like any other kimchi I’ve had but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I used it to make kimchi fried rice and it worked very well. not gonna lie most times I kind of just eat it out the jar. The only drawback that I would have is that is a little too salty for my taste, which is why it has four not five stars.Other than that, I highly recommend it.

This condiment is an indispensable everyday delight for me! I buy three bottles at a time, and keep a hawk eye out in my refrigerator to make sure I reorder when my second bottle goes empty. It is very tasty and gives me the pungent taste I relish with my salads and late evening (often early morning) snacks. I make myself a half sandwich with a little almond butter, cucumber tzatziki, a few arugula leaves, and last, but not least, just enough organic kimchi to add the little crunchiness and kick I need at that time while I am reading and studying. I do this with the knowledge that it is a very healthy snack that provides the goodness of probiotics and prebiotics for optimum digestive and immune health. (I learned that vegan kimchi contains both probiotics - due to the fermentation process - and prebiotics - thanks to its fiber-rich vegetable ingredients.)
