- Tuna Fish Fillets in olive oil Riserva Oro are obtained by the selection of the finest tuna fish quality and they are completely made in Italy (in Maierato plant precisely), in all the production phases according to a centenary tradition
- After the tuna has been steamed, the best fillets are chosen one by one and they are hand-potted, following strict rules about food hygiene and safety
- Then a long ageing follows in order to grant that intense and unique taste
