I have been taking it for some time. And did notice my hair getting better. However, I had some rash from the last bottle. So I stopped using it. Tastes a little too sweet.. Easy to swallow otherwise. Medium to small size.

Taste and work great
These are super easy to take daily, especially if taking tablets is difficult for you. They absolutely work for hair growth both in thickness and length. I've taken these gummies for years, but I believe I started seeing solid results in hair growth at about the 6 month mark. By-the-way, the flavor is way better than most supplement gummies I've tried.

“Disappointed with Hair Results, Slight Improvement in Nails”
I’ve been using these gummies from last 3 months. The bottle says 60 gummies for a 30-day supply, but there definitely weren’t 60 inside as shown in the picture. Each bottle have less gumeies. As for the results, I haven’t noticed any improvement in my hair — I still have a lot of hair fall and no new growth. However, I did see a slight difference in my nails; they seem to be growing a little faster than before.
