Erfurt Heatsaver Wall Underliner 2mm x 5m2

Well made thin polystyrene. A thin slice (cut through the round beads that make up polystyrene) This leaves the occasional hole where a bead is missing. It's delicate stuff and easily cracks. Cuts well with scissors. May need some protection over it if not used as wallpaper liner.

As expected

This went on easy with the brand recommended glue. Went up easy enough feels really warm to the touch. Papered over it now just waiting to see if it stands up to the winter. The reason for use was a cold external wall condensing warm air and forming moisture in the wall leading to mold. This paper should raise the surface temp and stop the moisture forming. I would say it has as good chance as anything similar it’s warm to touch and made of some sort of styrene material.

Doesn’t stick to the wall. Difficult to hang defo a two person job or it cracks like polystrene. When I did get it up it didn’t make any difference
