Barielle Restorative Nail Serum, 0.5 Ounce

This is the only product that actually did help my nails to grow and I had tried many others. It is easy to use and dries quickly. It is not a polish so my nails can still breathe.

I just don't get it. I saw that this was called a "Restorative Serum", and I thought it was a treatment you put on your nails on a regular basis. I guess in some way it is, but not as I thought. It's actually a base coat to use under polish, but it's not really that, either. When you put this on, your nails are wet for a few seconds, then dry and look like they did before. Not like a clear polish. I rarely wear polish. And I have been using it just on bare nails, and I don't really notice that it has done much of anything. And I did try using it under polish, and I feel that it kept my polish from adhering well, and my polish was peeling and chipping very quickly. I see some other products from this brand that would probably be a better choice for my needs. But it's on me, because unlike what I usually do, I apparently didn't read the description well enough.
