Q: So there are 2 types of magnesium combined here, how much is coming from each? ie what percentage is magnesium oxide and what percent is aspartate ?

I prefer the Aspartate magnesium. I use it mostly for muscle craps. The oxide is less expense magnesium and mostly used for constipation. I do not know the % of each but I was concerned mostly about the amount of B6 in each capsule. B6 is a strong diuretic and this maxes the DRA. The high amount of B6 in these capsules is usually recommended to do for a short term. It depends on your needs. Personally I would do the aspartate unless you suffer from PMS or fluid retention.
