This hose reel arrived in a box that looked like it had been opened multiple times and sent back. Upon opening box, the reel appears to have fallen out the back of a truck while driving down the highway. the drum is bent, the mounting bracket is bent, the reel guide retainer trim is broken and the frame is bent, and the fuel fill connector threads are completely wrecked. I would recommend purchasing this product from a physical vendor so you can see it in person before taking it home. Obviously shipping is too difficult.
