Holy grail for those who need to relax in general. This has helped me so much during my pregnancy and I will be using this during my labor.

This product is something I’m using more & more over the last year or so at night.I used to use Valerian a lot (for more than 2 decades) to help me fall back to sleep in the middle of the night.But I like Scullcap too. It works quickly. I don’t mix with water or anything else like most people do. I just squirt about 1/2 a dropper full into my mouth.The taste is fine. Acquired taste I suppose.But I feel my body relax quickly & my nerves & mind.I’ll continue to order.

don't take very much. this is powerful. be careful about combining with other sleeping aids.

It's delicious and sweet

I was looking for an alcohol tincture because I believe they are stronger and able to extract more nutrients. Using fir lyme and babesia and seems to be helpful. I only take this at night because it makes me sleepy. I take 30 drops in water and swish around in my mouth for awhile before I swollow.swallow. Take other herbs as well, obviously, as pictured, homemade extracts, the organic herbs were purchased on Amazon.

Works great as a sedative. As a rapid relief.I use in a very little amount of liquid for fast action.I initially used soda, or juice or tea to dissolve, not water, to disguise the taste.You get used to it though quickly. So more dosage is needed, or effect is diminished.I found it to be most effective to use it occasionally, or take breaks between uses.To be considered: for some reason many sedatives has negative effect on liver. I think this one might be too. You often do not see the warning on many products, and find it if looking throughly the descriptions on different brends/products. It is not the huge issue here. But I prefer to be considered.

This product comes in the tiniest tinearest container bottle it's disgusting tasting it does not work.I tried calling the manufacturer about this to get a refund but they never get back to you.Recommended not to order this product.

Love the Skullcap as a nervine tonic. Flavor very agreeable to me. I enjoy "bitter" tonics anyhow, but I do not find this too bitter at all/ great formulation, Noticeable improvements.Part of my daily morning routine.
