I use a GLP and sometimes the night of my injection I’d wake up and throw up. I’ve changed some things around, but every now and then get a wave of nausea in the middle of the night and these mints have made me feel so much better. They work fast and last a long time. They taste really good, like a regular peppermint, but I swear work better than regular mints (that I’ve tried and it hasn’t helped). For mild nausea, these work so good. I got the sweet mint flavor because I know from experience (baby #6) that mint helps my nausea better than ginger. The fact that these also have a pretty substantial dose of vitamin b6 is awesome. I’ve never taken extra b6 during pregnancy, but I think it’s helping! I’ve been taking 2-4/day (I usually take them while I’m driving, or in the evening when my nausea is ramping up) for the last week and so far it’s kept my nausea at bay. I’m not one to get super nauseous, mostly this lingering, off and on waves of mild/moderate nausea. If you had really bad nausea or were throwing up, not sure these would do much, but it’s worth a try. They taste like the classic red and white peppermint. I’m super happy with my purchase and will continue to use them through my first trimester.

These help with milder nausea in the first trimester, but didn't help me much as the pregnancy progressed. I was diagnosed with HG though, so I may be an outlier. I just haven't found them super helpful, although they are definitely the best tasting version on the market. I think they are probably effective for most ordinary morning sickness. For me personally, they just weren't super effective. That being said, they were no less effective than any others that I tried. I think they're probably the best option available.

Something that actually works!!! I love the taste too! I get morning sickness all through my pregnancies and have never found anything to help. In other pregnancies I’ve had to get IV infusions every week because I couldn’t even keep air or water down, yes the air even made me sick, water, food. It was bad. So finding something that actually works for this pregnancy is a lifesaver. I can’t say enough how great this is. I can actually enjoy food and drink water and breathe the air without throwing up my soul in the process. Smells good too which is a big win because sometimes that can be the barrier that you need to get over.

Tastes good but don’t seem to work, or maybe they work as much as sucking on anything would. Temporarily reduces nausea while actively eating it.

Love supporting other Christ loving brothers and sisters. This really helped me in my 1st trimester even though I'm blessed with no puking I struggle with constant sickness and having these on hand helped me be able to chase my other 2 toddler around. Really wished I found this when my other 2 because it's worth it! Love the taste too! It's not to strong but not to faint either.

This product worked very well for my nausea from a medication. It was a Godsend at the time. I will keep them in the house in case for when I need them. I love they are made by a small woman owned business and they pray over each batch. Most of all, they really work!
