Most delicious quick & easy weeknight dinner solution (plus gluten free & vegan!).
If you haven't tried this sauce, you should. So delicious and makes for a very easy weeknight dinner. Put on your favorite rice (might I recommend black rice?) and put some chickpeas on to simmer in this sauce while you wait for the rice to cook. I usually roast some broccoli on the side, but a quick salad or saute of kale/spinach would be a faster/easier addition. It's vegan & gluten free... without sacrificing any flavor.

Okay, this simmer sauce is amazing. Seriously. I absolutely love the Maya Kaimal simmer sauces. This flavor is a nice change of pace. Has a very nice flavor profile because of the tamarind. Excellent vendor! Every shipment is so well packaged and protected. I have already made repeat orders of this product. Very happy.
