I work with a lot of different types of prong collars and for the money this is a very good value for a quality product. They are a bit hard to remove for many folks but if it wasn't the product also would not be as good as it is (keep the dogs from getting out).

I was so hesitant to buy a product like this. My dog is not very happy to be on a leash period... but we recently moved somewhere where he can no longer roam free! I used to hook him onto my double stroller and he would pull and tug so aggressively (because he wanted to run) and it was very dangerous. He can pull a double stroller with two infants into the street and he's only about 40lbs. We did a lot of research and finally decided to try it out. Not only did he stop pulling, but he's actually more friendly with other dogs while on a leash now. The sight of the collar makes him happy now because he knows a long (no stress) walk is coming. It doesn't hurt him at all, just make sure to flip it inside out to slide it on and off. I would recommend taking it out when you're not using it (come on people).And for some of these negative reviews- don't leave it on the dog 24/7. If your dog is still aggressively pulling then this may not work and you should probably consider professional training. I would also recommend not running with this, just for walk and casual speeds to reduce the possibility of injury.

Was actually nervous about this collar. It was highly recommended by my dog trainer for my Great Dane. Love the rounded tips to ensure that they are not rough on my pups skin. I bought 2 extension sets with this that snapped in easily. My pup doesn’t pull at all when she is wearing the collar, but at the same time I know it is not hurting her in anyway.

The collar is helpful I was recommended this by my dogs trainer. I have a German Sheppard puppy that is already 85lbs so he can be very strong and pull a lot. The collar stops the pulling and is helpful doing training. I will say the collar can be a little difficult to put on if you have a dog that doesn't like wearing it and you have to fight with him to get on.
