I bought this for my wife for Christmas. This is a beautiful set!

The set is great. Very nice china. Be careful when you buy this tho, the pattern is slightly different from the other version of this set. I don't know if this one is version 1 or 2, but make sure you check it. It's not that big of a deal though as the biggest difference is the size of gaps between patterns.

We were able to complete my daughters wedding set, that has been in storage for 20 years. Upon purchasing her own home now she can use her sweet lilani pattern. We were able to complete her set for eight. Thank you very much.

We chose this for our wedding china as a compromise between flowery and geometric. It has a bit of both and we thought it was beautiful. It is relatively inexpensive among sets with metal rims, and is holding up well so far (four years). We use it a few times a year, and have washed it both in the dishwasher and by hand.

I buy this pattern for my daughter-in-law Candice as she begins her collection. I have shopped all over town, on line, and even consignment stores and I go back to Amazon each time and for good reason. I get what I want, when I want it, and at a price that is generally below everyone else (including the manufacturer's site). At the least it is the same price in some places but I trust Amazon. In all the years I have made purchases - many, many, purchases I have never been disappointed. If I were, I know I can return it without fanfare, arguement or stress. The pattern is lovely, the process is pleasant and I am a satisfied customer.

Bought this to add to existing set. Always need additional place settings. The receiver of the gift was happy to receive it and it arrived in perfect condition.

We originally received 8 place settings of this china when we married 16 years ago. Needed extra now and the quality is not the same. It is still a beautiful pattern, but the detail is lacking the sharpness of the older pieces, the platinum band is thinner and the gray patterned band around the edge is considerably darker. I think the whole pattern is darker which might be part of what is obscuring the fine details.Also when you hold the plate up to the light you can just barely make your hand out through the plate, whereas the older dinner plates you can very clearly see the outline of your hand. The two pictures here are an older setting and the new one and a close up of two dinner plates. The plates with the darker gray bands are the new pieces. The difference in the details is very fine so it is hard to capture with my cheap camera but I thought I'd share anyway.
