I had one of these previously and lost it. I replaced it with a cheaper model from another manufacturer. What a mistake. I use this adapter often to copy data to an external USB hard drive. The cheap adapters ended up wiping out half of my external hard drive due to I/O errors. I got smart and bought this model as a replacement. 100% perfect now, no I/O errors and it gets great speed. The limiting factor is the hard drive itself. Works great with Windows 10. I high recommend this model.

As many of the reviews state, the Ethernet port will not work on a mac.You can download the driver but then it has its problems...The unit is not powered, so if you plan to connect anything which needs some power (HDD, Headset Dongle, etc), expect interruptions to the connection (both USB and Ethernet) as the struggles with power. I kept noticing a disconnection to my connection (Ethernet) and scrambled audio to my USB head set. It refused to power up a 2.5" USB3 HDD.It size is a novelty, but the cable is way too short to have any practical use.

Works as it should and pretty convenient. Will buy another soon. Belkin makes good products.

works fine, but there could be more ports. It doesn't get hot like so many other hubs do.

It performs the functions for which I bought it (connecting various USB devices, the Macbook's power cord, and external monitor via VGA connector).I even adhered this hub to the top of my MacBook so that it's always there for me and i won't have to search for it.With it adhered to my MacBook, it does not really get in the way when i pack my PC away for travel in my PC backpack. Eventually discovered you need to be prepared to manipulate monitor settings when your laptop is not connected to an external monitor otherwise you may run into some screen viewing issues.
