The product looks good, was easy to install, however, the handle with water releasing knob is faulty. I ordered several months ago but just got it installed. I have seamless water flow to the pipe (no problem), but the release knob does not open properly. Perhaps there is some mechanical jam inside. Unfortunately, its out of the return window and the product is no longer available. My shopping history does not show how to contact the seller for a replacement handle. Disappointed for the time I lost and have to reinstall a new one. (I will change my rating if the seller can be contacted for a handle replacement).Update: with some post analyses by blowing into the sprayer head and twisting the cylindrical knob, at a certain position it allows air/water to flow. So I fixed it and it works now. It was a bit of trick to figure it out. So updating the rating now.

All the parts are well made. I especially like the shutoff on the T-adapter. It only affects the hose to the sprayer and not the water flow to the toilet tank. The problem is the spray fans out and is not useful for cleaning yourself. As you can see in the attached photo, no water comes from the center of the sprayer. It is slightly concave instead of convex which would make a directed water stream. I have tried many times and cannot clean probably, but I can have plenty of water on the floor trying to get the spray to the right area. I will buy another spray head and hope it will fit the hose.Update: I modified the spray head with a tip from a gear oil bottle (that's the reason for some dark marks on the tip). It now functions as a bidet and uses less water. I give it four stars because the parts are well made, just not made for the purpose I want.

I ordered 2 of theses - a white one and a chrome one. The chrome one came with a toilet hose but the white one did not. The toilet hoses of my house do not fit properly causing it to leak but with the toilet hose that came with the chrome bidet, it works perfectly. So, why does one have a toilet hose included and the other does not?

You can't install it using just your hands. You must have some tool to tighten the nuts, else water will drop from joints. And also the pipe from valve to toilet tank also needs to flexible one else it won't connect. The flexible pipe wasn't included with the package. But it just costs around $5.Overall it's a great product, it has helped a lot in maintaining hygiene and also cleanliness which a paper definitely can't provide

I have been using this product for months and its working fine as of now. Easy to assemble and easy to install. Nice product at this price

I like it and all but it does leak a bit from its own little on an off valve and sometimes from the handle it self over all it’s ok it does look nice and it’s convenient

Easy to put together. Leaks. We turn off the pressure in between uses. Too much to worry with sending back but will not replace with the same brand in the future.

We attached this to our downstairs toilet supply line in less than 30 minutes. It transformed our toilet into a sort of utility sink area. I use it to spray out cloth diapers in a bucket that has a hole in the bottom, or wash out other things. I love the pressure from this and the valve to control the flow is high quality.
