I’m actually using this as a salt cellar by the stove. The vessel itself is fine - attractive with a well fitting lid. The spoon, however, is terrible. It arrived misshapen and is of poor (very pliable) quality. Hence the deduction of one star.UPDATE: The seller read and responded to my review and subsequently sent me a second sugar bowl and spoon. I had the same issue with the quality of the spoon in the second item and relayed this info to the seller, who informed me that they will look into improving the quality of the spoon. While the spoon might not be great, the seller is extremely responsive and if they improve the spoon, I can recommend this sugar bowl highly.

Size is perfect for display next to the coffee maker and other supplements. The spoon that comes with it is high quality and there's a great shine to the metal. Won't hold alot of sugar, but enough servings for yourself and guests for about a work week. (Unless you have the type who likes coffee with their sugar.)

Very pretty and easy to clean. I bought this because with the other sugar bowls that I have purchased that were ceramic or porcelain, eventually someone in my house would accidentally break the lid. It holds a good amount of sugar so I don’t have to constantly be filling the sugar bowl and if someone drops it the lid will not break!

This sugar bowl serves its purpose. It won't break if it is dropped by accident. I especially like the spoon slot so the cover stays on tight.
