Works great!
Initially I didn’t believe it will even work. Just for a try I bought it. But from the very 1st use it worked for me. I have sound sleep after taking single dose of 3mg tablet.

Good price and effective
This 3mg chewable is one of the most cost effective of the small size Melatonin tablets. Studies show you need very little melatonin (.5 or less mg) to be effective for sleep inducement. I bite off a small piece of one tablet every night and it works well, and a bottle lasts a long time.

Best Melatonin I've Found
I noticed that the tablets don't really work too well for me and most of the other dissoluble ones I've tried leave me a little groggy the next day. This one also dissolves a lot slower than others (not a plus, just an observation). I get sleepy about 1/2 hour after letting it dissolve and sleep all through the night, even wearing a CPAP. Highly recommend - especially if you have tried Melatonin before and it didn't work as you hoped.

Very Light Taste
It’s a very light cherry flavor. Lasts about 5-10 mins before they dissolve. Very nice to relax before going to bed
