Gene Smart Approach to Diet and Health
This literally saved my life! So many doctors couldn't figure out was going on with me, the book opened my eyes to my genetic tendencies, gave me actionable advice and recipes to optimize my health and diet. Understanding why I've been so sick makes all the difference and explains all my symptoms so completely. The book's premise that we are each bio-individualized should not be taken lightly. This is a revolutionary awareness and book!

Rebalance
I like the concept and idea but she does not give you the rebalance foods in the book. You are directed to go to her website and you have to pay $47 to get the information. Not sure if you have to pay more $$ for anything else that you need. I get the sense that you do. I was expecting that everything one needed would be in this book. Not so.

A Diet Here to Stay the #Wildatarian Way!
Although we may be similar as human beings, each individual person has their own unique genetic makeup which dictates what and whatnot our bodies are capable of processing so what may be healthy for one individual may not necessarily be healthy for another. This genome undergoes change over time due to endogenous as well as exogenous influences which again will dictate what would be considered "Healthy" for "My" body at any given time.My joints will no longer hurt because I will be providing them with what they need and not what hurts them which in turn hurts me.This approach is suited not just for me because I like it but for everyone because it is like buying a tailored suit. One that's custom fit to your measurements. Your genome's that is! ;-)Everyone needs to buy this book to learn how and why this is so. I did and am so glad for it!

A Solid Pathway to Health
I am unbelievably practical, well read in nutrition with a background in health. I had over several years become fatigued, bloated, filled with brain fog, low on spirit, and just interested in getting through the day. My INTERNIST recommended Teri because two members of his family had benefited from her expertise. Within 3 weeks of our first appointment, I was a different person and remain so today, two years after that appointment.. Teri Cochrane actively listened to me, tested me and looked at my blood studies. With keen intelligence and a gift for putting minute details together in lightening speed suddenly there was a plan for ME.This book is filled with usable information based upon research and knowledge from literature and most importantly, her own practice!Unpretentious practitioner, unpretentious, easily understood book! Buy it!!!

Can’t wait to start the Wildatarian diet!
Was looking to make a change with my food choices. I have meal prepped for over 15 years... heavily focused on chicken. Recently my body, mostly Gut... is out of sorts. After reading and learning so much about gut biome, amyloids, protein, fat and sulfur, poor FDA standards, etc, my eyes have been opened! I will never eat chicken again!! I’ve already bought copies of the book for my husband, two sons, and my personal trainer. Thank you Teri Cochrane for taking me on a new, potentially lifesaving, journey.

This book is a "must-read"!
Teri has a remarkable gift for getting to the root of ailments and downward spiraling conditions people brush off as part of aging. She is able to make connections between the dynamic components of our mind/body machine in response to our experiences as we move through life. Be prepared for creating new pathways as Ms. Wilda-TERI-an guides us out of our comfort zone. I will be forever grateful for the healing Teri has brought to me and my family.

not what I was after
Thought this book was going to help me out but did not. The online quiz did not coincide with the book. Was looking for answers with oxalates and the book did not go into detail about it. Unhappy.

not worth the money
For the little bit of information in this book, it wasn't worth the money. You could probably find out that stuff on the internet

Rehash
This book is just a rehash of other diets and common sense eating edited to make the approach seem new. It offers specific diets tailored to a quiz which asks such general questions that you could fit into any of the suggested health approaches. Don't waste your money.
