These worked almost immediately and got rid of my major bloating issue that I have been battling for the past 2 months. I was using another whole food blend that cost about $45 for the month. They kept me regular and feeling skinny and great but sadly were discontinued. I have been trying other probiotic pills to replace them and no luck. I even tried extremely expensive ones. I came across these. I worked for a gastro/stomach doctor for years and he would hand out align samples to patients who needed them. They were the normal ones (not whole food) but the brand seems to work so I tried these. I love them! They really work for me and amazon has them for a great price.

The Align product itself is fine, BUT I received a short dated supply.. It is now the end of July, and it expires in November!! want it now, so I will not bother to return it.. Unfortunately this is not uncommon from Amazon vendors to sell short dated stock..
