Very Nice
Nice smooth movement and focus, nice controls, good fit.VERY nice overall - much better than expected.I have the bigger brother to this also (the Fotodiox Pro TLT ROKR for 6x7) and this is easier to work with. Also see sample picture ... with my 50mm (ais f1.8) wide open on the A7R4, I get some vignetting when shifted all the way left or right in landscape mode. In portrait mode there is no vignetting as far as I can see.I saw no cropping when shooting in full frame mode.If you are looking for a cheap tilt shift option, this is a great option.

For Architectural Photography?
I bought this with the intention to use with an adaptor on my z7. Which works fine. I intended to use this with my nikon 14-24mm or tamron 15-30mm. The tilt/shift features doesn't work so well with these lenses, where as they work pretty well with my afd primes. I can tilt and shift fully with minor vignetting. The nikon needs to be zoomed in to 24mm, the Tamron 17mm. I came to realise the difference is the wide angle lenses have non removable hoods which show in the images. I will try to get an UWA with removable lens hood. Perhaps the other laowa or the irix and see if these work. The build quality is pretty solid and has an aperture control. It only tilts one way, although you can rotate it 360º I would have preferred it if the shift function worked at 90º to the current position as I am more likely to shift up than left or right.

Creative Possibilities
The creative options afforded with this adapter rival those found with large format cameras or the lensbaby composer. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you understand how to manipulate each variable, the results are distinct.

Waiting on my return to be completed...
My rating is mainly based on the construction of the adaptor as I did not get to test it with my lenses. I received this and it felt very well built, unfortunately for me it was the wrong mount format for my lenses. I am certain it works well and I may purchase one in the future once I get more lenses as a tiltshift option. It is notable that the return took over 1/2 of a month to process.

Built well; works great.
Wonderfully designed and constructed. Tilt and shift function are buttery smooth.

Maybe my model is newer than some of the others?
Some write here that you can't tilt (up & down) and shift (side to side) at the same time. On my copy, you can. That said, I get vignetting if I shift even a little with my 50mm Nikon f1.4 AIS lens. Of course, I'm using it on a full frame Sony A7Rii No doubt, it would work much better on an ASPC sensor camera like the A6600 of the new A6700. As for tilt, yes, it's only in one direction...down. But unless you want to shoot across the ceiling and get it all in focus, I'm guessing that won't be much of an issue. No vignetting when tilting. That's because tilting is against the short 24mm side of the sensor, while shifting is along the longer 36mm side of the sensor. So, I got this model of the Fotodiox because I did have a few old film era Nikon lenses. However, I really didn't account for the image circle the lenses create. If I had a serious need for a tilt shift lens, I might look at dedicated 3rd party lenses or go with an adapter that uses medium format lenses which would have much larger image circles. Of course, I would have to buy those lenses. As it is, I will look for old Nikon manual lenses with larger image circles than my 50mm. I also have a 28mm Nikon AIS lens, but fungus growing on the inside glass has made a mess of that one. And my telephoto Nikkor lenses...not much use there. One final use for this adapter. You can swing your camera around 360 degrees while the lens stays static. This is different from a typical tripod collar where the lens and camera move together. Useful for testing whether the lens or your camera is decentered. I used that with my Nikkor 180mm telephoto. Mount the lens with a homemade tripod collar and then swing the camera around for the test. Does the image and/or sharp focus change when the camera is upside down...and the lens hasn't moved?

Good build quality.
A minor thing: The tilt function works only one way - so you have to use the rotate function to get it the other way. Just a bit unpractical.

Don't hesitate, you can't go wrong!
Excellent construction quality and design, works as intended. Incredible value and function for the money. I already use a Nikon PC 85mm but this adapter let's me use any other Nikon lens for tilt shift. No issues with AF or manual lenses. It allows you to use and change aperture on G lenses although it doesn't indicate the actual aperture value because the adjustment ring on the adapter is not calibrated to the aperture. Not an issue in use for me. Extremely happy with my purchase! Arrived on time.Note: the axis of tilt and shift are fixed relative to each other. For example if you are shifting side to side the tilt will be up and down. If you rotate the adapter 90°, then your shift will be up and down but your tilt will be side to side. There is no provision for you to shift and tilt on the same axis. Dedicated PC lenses from Nikon and Canon will allow you to change the axis of each movement independent of the other. Please note dedicated lenses are also around 10 times the price of this adapter. I'm only guessing that if you tilt and shift on the same axis you run out of image circle.

Solid item.
Very solid piece of kit. Very well built and easy to use. Love it and a lot cheaper than buying a dedicated shift lens especially as I am shooting at 14mm. You do see the unit itself at the bottom of photos at 14mm so you can't go too far unless you're cropping. Value.

Good value for money
The adapter did what is supposed to do. One limitation is you cannot rotate the tilt and shift independently as there is only one rotating plane instead of 2 for tilt shift lens.
