ESV Aquila Wide-Margin Reference Bible, Black Calf Split Leather, Red-letter Text, ES744:XRM Leather Bound – 12 May 2016

Great bible with what appears to be a good cover to protect it. The print is an easy size to read, the margins aren’t big enough for lots of notes but are fine for brief notes.After seeing another review I thought the words of Jesus would be in red, but in my edition they are black.I was a bit concerned about the older reviews talking about bad printing and missing pages but I have had a good flick through mine and all is well. Maybe it was just a bad batch back then.I am surprised that it isn't as chunky and heavy as i thought it would be, that is a bonus as the print is still large enough to read comfortably and it is still portable to take to church.Overall I am very happy with this bible.

The quality is exceptional

I have just received the wide margin, reference, top grain leather bible. I love it. Its lovely to handle, great size print and I appreciate how Jesus' words are in a great red text. Great all-round bible.

It's the word of GOD so naturally it's the best thing for everyone searching for truth.

Beautifully bound in soft goatskin leather with sewn binding which should last for years. Handles well. I like the large margins for writing notes. The cross-references are there but not obtrusive (bottom right of each page). The paper is creamy white, moderately thin, with little ghosting from the other side. It is a pleasure to use.

This is not large print, when you compare and contrast with the ESV Large Print Personal Size edition.
