Got this for my wife who is a massage therapist and is always looking to learn more. She said this was a somewhat helpful DVD but she already knew most of what was on here. I think this would be a 5 star DVD for the beginner therapist who hasn't done a lot of extra certifications and want to learn more about myofascial techniques.

Its just a basic massage video

Very efficate video instructions for a beginner. Try the instructed techniques, these techniques work. I am not a PRO but can find this video very helpful and friendly.

A wee bit slow going at times but filled with great techniques

What a waste of money. This is basically three hours of muscle stripping--using lotion, nonetheless (a serious no no to anyone to knows anything about releasing fascia). The cover shows someone doing cross-hand spreading and there's none of that in the DVD. Not helpful at all.
