Delicious!!!
These are pretty good when breaded using egg, salt & pepper and panko breadcrumb, then fry in olive oil or avocado oil. Good with ketchup on the side or your favorite dip.

Plant based
Been eating these for years. Cannot be eaten right out of the can. You need to egg and coat in bread crumbs, then fry it and eat it with tartar sauce. Another way is to fry it as mentioned before then pour teriyaki sauce over it and add onions fried in butter. Can also add string beans and sliced russets or anything else you choose. It needs to be well-seasoned and cooked before eating. Good protein substitute instead of meat.

Delicious,But...
These are really delicious and I think it's a pretty good deal. The only thing I was surprised that is the new shape, which is not uniform, and is more difficult to incorporate into recipes

Costs to much and cans are to small!
Atlantic natural foods needs to sell this company to someone who knows what they are doing! Cans are all smaller then when Loma Linda and Worthington owned it. They jacked the price up and made the portions smaller and changed the recipe on many of the products. They screwed up a good thing! The little tiny baby food Cans came dented!

Changed taste and texture
Have been preparing meals with skallops for years. It was originally Worthington and now loma linda. Sadly, the texture has changed to a rubbery chew. The taste is no longer a pleasant taste either. The 19 ounce cans are now 15 ounce cans and the price is amazingly high. So, unpleasant taste, rubbery texture, 25% less product and more than 100% increase in price. . . no brainer. We’re finished.Since foods are not accepted as returns, I’m stuck with them. I will just have to grind or chop and use as chili or vege burger substitute. And then say goodbye to most of Loma Linda foods since I’ve stopped buying most after changes. They are no longer worth the prices. On the up-side, I’m being forced to create my own meat substitutes and they are less expensive, much tastier and healthier.
